For those that REALLY want to stock up. This is by far the best deal on our product.  Our beef quarters are a “half of a half” so you are getting cuts from the front and rear quarters of the animal. 
When you purchase a quarter or multiple quarters, we let you tell us how you want it cut. We will work with you via phone or email to customize your quarter EXACTLY how you want it!
